Replacing IPCC Server hardware

I have a couple of questions on this.

My environment consists of an existing IPCC 4.03 server. This has an HA server as well and 2 expansion servers as Database servers, so 4 alltogether.

I want to setup a parallel install of this to migrate to new hardware. I also want to install version 4.05 on the new hardware...

My plan is to build the servers and just bring over the scripts and readd the agents and such. My question is with the database servers is there a way that I can export the databases and import that data on the new expansion servers I build?
