Is it possible to extend the # of rings on a particular extension?

Hi Rob,

In CCM 4.X and above you can set this at the Directory Number Configuration page on a per device basis:

**No Answer Ring Duration - This option allows you to configure the CFNA timer per **DN, per cluster.

The default is 12 seconds (4 rings) I beleive.
