Stuck on IPCC callback script

I have been working on a callback script using examples I have seen in this forum. I am currently stuck. I get the script to call the application and the agent picks up, but the agent never hears anything. Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

Within ICD script, perform a get contact info after accepting the call.
