VPNTunnel issues with Watchguard & ASA

I am trying to establish a Site to site tunnel from Cisco ASA 5510 TO Watch Guard 500E & iam getting the below error in the logs on the ASA

Header invalid, missing SA payload! (next payload = 4)

IP = x.x.x.x, Can't find a valid tunnel group, aborting...!

Group = x.x.x.x, IP = x.x.x.x, Removing peer from peer table failed, no match!

pls help

Create a new group and isakmp identity address .

Thanks Thomas i found my mistake i recreated evrything , apart from this we had to disable SA keys on the watchguard.
