cat4000 switch, bad ports

How can I tell if I have bad ports on my catalyst 4046 switch. On friday, there where 8 nodes that we removed and plugged into a new switch and then they where able to surf. My clients claims that there are 8 bad ports on this switch. I have attached the show tech for those that can read it.

Hi,

It show some ports are faulty and you need to get it RMA'd.

2/3 faulty 1 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/4 faulty 2 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/5 faulty 2 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/6 faulty 1 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/7 faulty 2 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/8 faulty 2 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/9 faulty 1 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX

2/10 faulty 1 normal auto auto 10/100BaseTX
