hi, i would like to ask how to busy out the voice channel in voice gateway for testing purpose. We find a problem on some voice channels of E1 PRI and want to diable them.

Hi,
you can't. switch-type net-5 doesn't support the "serice" messages used for the purpose on with other switch-types.
