Hi,
We may use as5400 XM for VoIP to VoIP. what should we aware? any doc regarding it? if voip to voip, do we keep 16PRI and DSP? please advise

Yes, you can. You user the special imager for this puropose that ends with _isv.
PRI and DSP are not used for IP-To-IP, unless you do transcodig, in which case you use the latter.
