Hi,

I'm trying to make a CCX 5.0 configuration. I have 50 agents. I want redundant servers. Which components of CCX should i select redundant? Do i need 100 seat or 50 enough?

Is it enough to order only redundant MCS servers?

Hi,

You will need order only 50 agents, and at least, you will need to order two MCS servers and HA software license for IPCC Express.
