Firewall between Voice Gateway and Cisco IP Phones

We are installing Remote Call centre for our existing Hosted IPCC setup. The remote end will have Voice Gateway (AS5350), CCM & IP Phones and ICM PG's

We would like to seek input from the team whether it is advicable to have a Firewall (PIX) in between the Voice Gateway and the IP Phones.

Your valuable input in this regard will be appreciated.

You will find the ports that need to be open for MGCP in the following list, The MGCP and SCCP ports are standard.
