Using 3750 PoE on outdoor ethernet

Unanswered Question

I have to install Cisco Aironet 1400 AP's outdoors and have a need to run Cisco IP phones in a remote building that has no place for the switch so we want to feed the phone using outdoor copper from the 3750 PoE switch. I can't see a SELV certification for the 3750 and the install notes show that this is required for the PoE power injector and for the phones too. What are the rules for using a 3750 PoE on outdoor ethernet cable? Is it allowed?

I think if Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series is powering a PD, and if the PD then gets connected to Electrical wall outlet, the switch will continue to report that the PD is powered inline. If a PD is being wall powered first (a wall plug is connected before an Ethernet cable), then if wall power is disconnected, the PD will reset and discovery begins.
