Looking for a special callback configuration

I use Callback very often and I would if anybody knows something about this feature.

When you active callback for a dial number you must to wait that this dial number be free to call it but now I want to activate callback for various dial number at the same time.


Anybody know how I can do it?.


I would say that callback option is no useful without this feature for a great enterprise.

1. Add the CallBack feature to your softkey template (to the On Hook and Ring Out states)


2. Apply the new softkey template to the device pool or just to the desired phones.


3. Be sure the Cisco Extended Functions service is started (Service Activation)
