You should follow the document link sent by mohammedmahmoud it will take you through all the required steps to restore previous configuration and change the passwords.

But If you want to erase the current config and re-start everything from scratch, then in type in the following command

Switch#erase nvram:

and that reload the switch

Just use "write erase " then reload the box .
