We have call manager 3.3 and the link below tells us how to search for a call in the SQL database. But i cannot get it to work with the call manager 3.3. I think I need some different insturction for 3.3, cause i got this to work on call manager 4.0. Does any know how to accomplish this in 3.3.
We are trying to search for an original number that came in on extension 2259 at 2:00 am - 2:10 am.
