changing agent/supervisor desktop passwords

I am having trouble changing passwords; the only way I can change them is to have the agent or supervisor change them from the agent/supervisor desktop. When I try to change them from the AW, it looks like it changes, but when I test it hasn't changed, and also I get this error on the router; UpdateCC from administrator on XXXIPCHDSB rejected by the logger.

I have this problem too.
