Call Manger 4.13 and Call Accounting CommView

Does anyone know if Cisco Call Manager 4.13 is compatable with CommView version We are upgrading from CCM 3.3(3) and want to know if we'll encounter any issues with CommView after the upgrade.

I have this problem too.

Should work. Is it the commview that sits on a PC and a SQL database? I would go right to CommView and ask them. Just email their technical support guys. They are pretty good at getting back.

The structure of CCM 3.x to 4.x is different. So Im not sure if CommView needs to be updated to see the new tables and pull the data. In CCM 5.x, all files are FTP'd out to a remote location and then Commview picks those files up
