Add more AP or change antenna for bigger coverage?

I already have an AP (1231G) installed a while ago. Now I need to extend the wireless coverage to the other part of the office. I was wondering instead of adding another AP, should I just buy a high dBi antenna to extend the coverage? If the answer is yes, which Cisco's indoor antenna has strongest signal?

A high Dbi antenna will not help with user load on the AP. Also, what obstacles are between the existing AP and the users in the other part of the office? What freq are you using? the Dbi varies per antenna
