Does anyone know how to support this functionality in CCM? Does it require Personal Assistant?

PA did provide this functionality but is now EOS/EOL. Cisco Unified Mobility now provides Single Number Reach allowing users to have multiple phones ring simultaeously when calling a single destination number. Prior to Unified Communications Manager 6.0, this functionality was provided by a seperate server running the Mobility Manager software. With 6.0, Unified Mobility is built in.
