[IPCC 7.1.4] eCallBeginEvent & eAgentPreCallEvent

Our environment is IPCC 7.1.4 (ICM 7.1.4, CTIOS 7.1.4, CRS 4.5(3), CCM 5.0).

When an inbound call is routed to Agent, OnCallBegin event is triggered generally. So, At that time, we run Screen Popup.

But nowaday, eAgentPreCallEvent is triggered instead of eCallBeginEvent. (There is no OnCallBegin Event). These happen sometimes.

Is ICM 7.1.5 & CTIOS 7.1.5 an answer?

Help me.

work-around is to close the agent desktop and then re-open the agent destkop.
