Applying Route-Maps

Am trying to apply a route-map to a vlan interface using the "ip policy route-map" command.

Although I am able to configure this command on the vlan interface, it doesnt actually appear as applied to the interface, when i run "show ip policy"

Can you actually apply a route-map to a VLAN inteface ?

Am configuring a Catalyst 3560 Switch running IOS 12.2.

IP Routing is turned on, and I have a number of vlan interfaces configured on it.

do make sure whether you are meeting all the prerequisite for having the same configured in your Cisco 3560 Switch..

Hi,

PBR on 3560 requires sdm template routing "sdm prefer routing", and before all you need IP Services IOS (formerly called the Enhanced Multilayer Image, or EMI).
