Hi,
we config 16 pri of the as5400. all of them are both way (in/out).
how do we config the inbound call from serial 6/0:23, 6/1:23, 6/2:23 ......
for the outbound call, it is from serial 7/7:23, 7/6:23 .....
please advice.

You cannot control inboud order as it is dictated by the conncted device, not the router.
For outbound, you associate the interfaces in a same trunkgroup with different precedences.
