Phones display CCM IP instead of Phone IP

When I search for phones in CallManager Admin--> Device --> Phone, it shows the phones with the CallManager IP instead of the Phone's IP in the registered status.

Any ideas?

You may try restarting Cisco RIS service as a workaround, but let me know the exact CCM version.
