Username and password

Hello!

I have a Cisco 575 LRE and I'd like to log in it to do some configuration.

I suppose you do it through telnet or something like that? Is this right? http://students.osao.fi/~b6tujo01/images/cisco.PNG

Well anyways, I don't have the slightest idea what the username and password could be, so if you could help me I'd be very grateful.

If you are administrator than you can break the password.

Well, how can I do that?

I just need the default login name and password for Cisco 575 LRE.. I haven't been able to find it by searching the internet.
