What's the difference of IOS version between 3750-24ts and 3750-12s

Hi,all

Today,i upgraded IOS version for my 3750 switches.MY supplier gived me two tar files,one of which is for 3750-24ts and other is for 3750-12s. However,i found the two tar image files are all in same namning and size.To me,there seems no difference.

Could anyone tell me some differences between them,or can i upgrade all my 3750-24ts and 3750-12s switches using one of the two tar image files?

You can use the same image on both hardware.

You mean that there is no difference of IOS images for same serial hardwares such as Cisco 3750s,3560s.

You can't interchange the IOS image between the 3750 and 3560, but you can download an IOS image for a 3750 and install it on all 3750 models. Same applies for the 3560 family.
