IP IVR Redundant Setting

I have 2 MCS7825 runing IP IVR 4.5 with CTI 2500 and 2600. For redundant issue, I have setting call-busy-forward and call-no-anwser-forward on both IVR. Can CCM get the notice when one of IVR is down ?

I have this problem too.

CallManager only 'knows' that the IPIVR is down when the CTI Route Points associated to the IPIVR are not registered. In that case you can use the 'forward' settings to send the calls to other IPIVR, to Unity, a Hunt Group or another extension.
