Hi,

Can we log the permitted connections through syslog.because i have appllied one permit ACL in my PIX533 v6.3 saying that perticular network(branch N/T) can access one system in Head office through 445 port.but thro sh conn command i can see the connection status..But the problem is we don't know at what time they are accessing.so unable to find thro sh conn command.Is there any logging system is available for the problem?

The single syslog daemon (syslogd) can be thought of as having multiple pipes. It uses the pipes to decide where to send incoming information based on the pipe on which the information arrives.
