Hi all,
CCM 6:
Is it possible to define a speed dial button or a softkey for the Cisco IP Phones 7960/61 to Forward incoming Calls to a specific number?
Thanks for help!

simply there is a CfwdALL softkey assigned by default to the standard templates built in with CCM 6, for ur directory number in question press this CfwdAll (call forward all) on ur phone and enter the number that u want incoming calls to be forwarded to. and thats it.
if u want to forward calls to mobile, long distance, ... number, be sure to assign the appropriate calling search space to call forward all field under directory number (in question) configuration page in CCM admin.

Thanks for quick reply!
OK, but I wanted to avoid to type the number every time. Just to hit the speed dial button, and call forwarding to number XXXXXX is active.
This would make sense for Numbers you always forward to.
Can I define this in the new version of Cisco Callmanager?

yes u can do it by speed dials but in this way:
configure a speed dial with the number that u want calls to be forwarded to. the speed dial button will appear on ur phone display.
now press CFwdALL softkey on ur phone then press the speed dial u added, in this way calls will be forwarded to the number configured in ur speed dial.
hope this helps
