is there way to get the logging info even if logging buffer is disabled.i just turned on logging on this router but i need to get prevoius logging messages..
Syslog logging: enabled (11 messages dropped, 2 messages rate-limited,
0 flushes, 0 overruns, xml disabled, filtering disabled)
Console logging: disabled
Monitor logging: level debugging, 87 messages logged, xml disabled,
filtering disabled
Buffer logging: level debugging, 1 messages logged, xml disabled,
filtering disabled
Logging Exception size (4096 bytes)
Count and timestamp logging messages: disabled
No active filter modules.
Trap logging: level informational, 514 message lines logged

There is not any way to get messages into the logging buffer that happened before you enabled logging buffered. I note that monitor logging is enabled and has logged 87 messages. If you can find the device that was running terminal monitor and receiving the monitor logs you might (if you are very lucky) find the log messages there.

Also, don't forget to increase your buffer size, with something like "logging buffered 128000 debugging" so more messages are logged.
