How do I upgrade mail flow central v1.3 to v1.4?

You don't really upgrade - you un-install 1.3 and install 1.4
Expect data loss :(

MFC 1.4 is only useful for customers who are experiencing capacity issues with 1.3.
There are no new features or reports. MFC 1.4 takes advantage of some changes to the underlying MFC infrastructure components to scale to a greater number of messages per day. If you are not having capacity issues, upgrading to MFC 1.4 provides no value.

An advantage is that you can generate instant reports and you can save old reports on MFC
