CAD agent reports - no data

I have IPCC 4.0.4. Running CAD 6.1(4)(Premium Version)

When you pull up Agent Reports from CAD and go to Agent ACD State Log, Agent Statistics or Agent Call log there is no data. The bottom of the Window says "Reports: Inactive". I do get Skills Statistics Report data.

Does anyone know why the Agent data is showing Report: Inactive?

You can take a look at the following documentation links , they explain the difference between the CCDR and the agent detail reports (Calls made and received by agent).

This issue did clear up. We did not do anything to fix it, but I guess after multiple reboots of the cluster for other issues did something.

Sorry I don't have a solution.
