CMM image

Native 6509 with CMM voice module. When upgrade IOS in the supervisor module, does the CMM module auto upgraded, is there a seperate module image for CMM that we apply seperately if need to upgrade CMM for some bug? Thanks

Hi CF,

CMM has its own software image; the image is not bundled with the supervisor engine or MSFC images.

Thanks very much. So in order to configure CMM, we have to use session command going to the module and configure it as to the other module, like 6608? Thanks

Hi CF,

You are most correct :) You will use session command (session slot x processor 0) where x is your module number.
