Odd behaviour with IOS 12.2(37)SG on 4507R

I have just upgraded 3 4507R's running Sup V's. I have noticed the CPU utilization is abnormally high. I have 1 switch that has no users on it currently and it's sitting at 17% utilization. The other are at 24% when they are normally at 11% before the upgrade.

The other issue is I now can't use the http interface with these switches that I was able to use before. I get a pop-up box that asks for my username and password and it's not accepting it.

Has anyone else encountered problems with this version?

Do you run IP or are you also running IPX?

Just IP.

Out of 3 upgrades switches there is one with no active users and probably a max of 12 PC's turned on and it's still at 17% CPU utilization.

I had the http server on before and after the upgrade. I was always able to use a browser to check out the switch before this.
