Hi NetPro,

does anyone can share with me what does this mean ?

Looks as the FAN in one of your PS is begining to have issues.. is this a one time occurance or is it happening intermitently.

1. %C6KENV-4-PSFANFAILED: the fan in power supply [dec] has failed

The fan in the indicated power supply has failed. This condition could lead to the overheating and shutdown of the power supply.

Recommended Action: Replace the power supply as soon as possible.
