NetFlow is more of a protocol than it is a product. NetFlow generates statistics about traffic flowing through a router. These statistics can be read on the router where they are generated if you want to. But most often they are exported to some device where they can be collected and analyzed. This device is where there are products involved.

NetFlow was originally developed by Cisco but has become a standard and is supported by a number of vendors. NetFlow is supported on pretty much all of the router platforms (including your 2621) and on some of the switch platforms.

It sure is. All Cisco routers can run Netflow, which will export traffic statistics going in/out an interface. There are a bunch of free netflow collectors out there.
