Voice gateway issue, with call forwarding

Hi

I have a voice gateway 5400, that routes out to pstn network. I got one problem, we have a customer that uses callforwarding, but it seems like my gateway is writing the number of the gateway, so the called person cannot se who is calling. anye ideas where i start troubleshooting ? i don't have to much experience with this.

Hi,

Where are you located ? In almost all the countries of the world you cannot send out a calling number different than the one you have been given by telco. This is normal, if you were allowed to do do, you could make calls pretending to be anyone and a malicious person could use that for illegal purposes.
