ACS and VPN authen to Active Directory

Our VPN authenticates to our ACS which then authenticates to AD. Everything works fine. But when i look at the failed attemtps log. For everytime a user logs in, it says they failed one time. Although they pass and it logs successful it still shows it failed. Any ideas?

What is the ver of acs and on which OS is it installed and also SP ?

What is the error you get in failed attempts ? Have to configured authorization on VPN ?

ACS 4.0

Windows 2003

Not sure about your last question. But everythign works fine, except i get a login failed everytime someone logs in via VPN.

It shows it failed and it passed. Like I said, everything works fine, I just get this one error.

Is it service pack 2 ? Also please increase the radius timeout on vpn conc.
