Remote Users Connected - but no data

We have lots of remote users connecting to our vpn concentrators (3030). Periodically we get users who are connected (as the lock on their vpn client shows, and it shows connected on the vpn concentrator under sessions) but no data is being exchanged on the tunnel. We do split-tunneling, and the only way we have resolved this is to update the client over and over again, but even this doesn't seem to fix the problem sometimes.

Has anyone ever seen this before? Any ideas of where we should be looking as it appears to be on the users' laptop and not the concentrator.

Can i have your configuration screen shot? Mainly Group configuration and Policy management, and Logs
