Call Manager 4.2.x - Call Flow

Migrating from CCME to CCM. Need to understand a typical call flow route within Call Manager. Is there a graphical representation? I have not seen one in any of the manuals or did I just miss it? My call needs to be transferred to Unity via a CTI point and it is not getting there...but my CTI route point works when you dial it direct.

I have this problem too.

Resolved my issue and calls now tranfer to Unity, but still looking for a pdf or visio diagram showing the call flow proccess. Similiar to the Cisco Call Routing Process pdf file by Alexander Marhold.
