I haven't done this but thought these docs may help. They are for CCM 4.X but maybe you could somehow save the files and move them over;

You can recover the speed dials when you complete these steps.

In this example, it is assumed that there are two Attendant Console users called ac1 and ac2. Launch the console and login as user ac1. The console launches and lists all the speed dials created for user ac1.

Remove the PC from the network and close the Attendant Console application window.

Go to the C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManager Attendant Console\data folder and locate the ac1.xml file.

Connect the PC back to network, launch the Attendant Console application and login as user ac2.

Disconnect the PC from the network and close the Attendant Console application.

Go to the C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManager Attendant Console\data folder and locate the ac2.xml file.

Open the ac1.xml and ac2.xml files and copy the speed dial data from ac1.xml to ac2.xml or from ac2.xml to ac1.xml and save.

Connect the PC back to the network.

Launch the Attendant Console application and login as ac1.

Now the Attendant Console user ac1 has speed dial from the user ac2. You can now log off. Since the directory is accessible, the data is saved to the directory.

Importing and Exporting Speed Dials

You can import and export speed dials from the attendant console user interface. By exporting speed dials from one attendant console and importing them into another attendant console, you can easily share speed dials between attendant PCs. Use the following procedure to import and export speed dial groups and entries:

Step 1 Choose one of the following tasks:

To import speed dials, choose File > Import Speed Dials and continue with Step 2.

To export speed dials, choose File > Export Speed Dials. Browse to the location where you want to store the speed-dial file, enter a name for the file in the File Name field, and click Export. The system exports all the speed-dial groups and entries into the file. You can view the exported speed-dial file by using a text editor.

Step 2 Browse to the file from which you want to import speed dials and click Import.

The system imports the speed dials into a new speed dial group tab in the Speed Dials window. The system imports each speed dial group into a new tab in the attendant console, even if the attendant console and speed dial file contain groups with the same name. To rename a speed-dial group,
