CCME: Not able to add new IP Phone from GUI

Hi,

We are running CCME 4.0,i can able to add new IP Phone from CLI mode. But when i use GUI to add new phone it is not possible.Like when i say Configuration>Phones>Add , pop up window appears with physical ID(MAC)which is of existing(configured) IP Phone, there is no option like add new IP Phone with necessary information to be added ( like MAC, type phone etc.. options).

Please someone guide me!!

Hi,

The GUI is working very poorly. Suggest you use CLI to configure everything, you will save time and have a better result.
