Hi,


I will advise you to use Caution when using BAT because it might have drawbacks. It happens to me with a CCM with many network locales (different languages) when b/c of a combination of BAT and bugs into CCM we got problem with IP Phone corporate directory, order of characters, PAB (personal address book) and fast dial.
