CSS Console Cable

I have a Cisco CSS 11001 that's been sitting around for a while and I'm trying to console into it. I don't have the original cable that came with it and using a standard molded Cisco console cable isn't working. I've checked the manual online and the terminal settings are correct, so I can only assume it's the cable. Any ideas?

Hi,

The CSS 11000 series need a different cable, this link explains how to build it:

Also make sure to set Flow Control to none on the port settings.
