Ringtones callmanager 5

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to upload and configure ringtones in call manager 5

I have the files converted to the correct format.

Whats next?

I have this problem too.

There is an XML file for ringtones which needs to be uploaded to tftp server.

Custom Ring Tone Install instructions:

- Assumes you already have the ring tones in the correct format and that the ringlist.xml file has been updated for the new ring tones being added.

- Navigate to the CCM OS Platform Administration

- Select Upload to TFTP server

- Upload each .raw, .pcm and the ringlist.xml file to the TFTP folder

- Restart tftp service - CCM Serviceability webpage - feature services - select your TFTP server - restart TFTP service

- restart phone(s)

Done all that, but ringtone does not appear under user prefernces on the phone.

Does anyone know of a way to bulk upload (ie multiple files) at once to CCM 5+?

The reason I ask is that i have a decent number of ringtones that I don't want to manually upload individually through the web interface.

I've done the above with CME but not with CM, in the process. You may want to check that the XML comes down correctly and is the new file.
