I have a 2924M-XL switch that i erased the flash memeory on. How can I get it back on there so I can configure the switch?

when you say erased flash you probably erased everything including the image code.
you need to get the code and upload it back into the switch in order to bring it up for configuration.
do you see an rommon> promtp?
If your switch is not in the Rommon, then you can load an IOS image back to the switch with the following command
copy tftp: flash:
and change the boot path with the help of
boot system flash:
If the switch is in Rommon mode then you have to do a disaster recovery.
