I've been playing with Cisco Call Manager 5.1.2 for a couple weeks and have made painfully slow progress.
Since I haven't played with or even used CCM previously, this is obviously is new ground.
Currently, I've been living inside the CCM PDF documentation, but it's great a describing the features, but lacks a description of functional need (what does this do?) or even "order" to setup/activate the features.
Does anyone know of a CCM 5.1.x book or PDF that would give me a solid play-by-play of the proper configuration? Training class are out of the question (since I can't afford the Global Knowledge prices and my company has been tight with dollars lately)
Most of the books I've seen focus on CCM 4.1.x, which seems pointless.
I'm sensing some frustration from my boss on my apparent lack of progress, which doesn't help.
Any tips, insights, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
