Workers in Asia complain that a certain application which servers are housed in the US perform very poorly. I checked latency = 200ms. Vendor already notified that application is very sensitive to lantency and therefore I am not surprised.

Then a certain user is bringing up that if UsersInAsia accesses the same application over a laptop with Mobile Broad Card, the performance is much better.

Is that expected? Is that because the Mobile Broadband card, even if accessed from Asia perhaps traverses a path with less latency?
