Im setting a green field with 2 offices.
Phone 2700 in PT "NYC"
Phone 2700 in PT "SFO"
I added a route pattern "10XXXX" in PT "NYC"
which goes to the SFO Route List.
The call goes through and presents the way I want it to, but i dont get the person calling name. Im calling IP phone to IP phone, going through the gateway.
Since I have overlapping DIDs, this is why I am using Site codes to dial in between and keep 4 digit extensions at each location.
Bad idea or should I move everyone to a 6 digit extension, and use CSS and PTs to dial between sites? (use translation patterns for incoming gateways to translate xxxx to xxxxxx)
Update:
I can see it coming through the gateway, but not showing up on the phone.

Where are you sending the call ? If to telco, I don't think they are supposed to carry you calling names? Or, please xpalin how things are connected together.

Trying to preserve 4 digit intrasite dialing, and 6 digit intersite dialing.
So when calling 6 digits to a remote site, the Route Pattern sends it to the remote gateway.

Sorry, I can't help you with the CCM setting to do this as I do not have expertise in that.
What I do not understand is if intrasite calls are supposed to go over POTS or not.
