I have a problem with the Abandoned Calls on Historical Report there is a mismatch between them.
The history report Contact Service Activity Report gives specific number of Abandoned Calls on the report.
The other historical report is Abandoned Call Detail Report.
This report shows all the abandoned calls on the system so the customer count every abandoned call in the CSQ.
The customers has an Auto Attendant from there the callers can go to any Queue they want.
