I think that the answer depends a bit on how you have configured the firewall. In traditional (routed) mode the firewall is processing IP traffic and as such I believe that it would not support native SNA (if the SNA were encapsulated in DLSW then it would be supported). If you configure the firewall in transparent mode then I believe that the SNA traffic could pass through.
