Hi all,
I have a receptionist who would like to know if it is possible for her to prevent calls going through to there voice mail if she needs someone to pick the phone up in an emergency.
Im not sure if there is functionality to do this in Callmanager. Does anyone know if this is possible?

To disable Forward to VM, you can set the VoiceMail Profile for the Directory Number to "None". Also, please be aware that this will completely disable VM for the user and cannot be done on a call by call basis. Another thing you will have to play with is increase Ring No Answer settings. The default should be 16 (Which would be 4 Rings - 4 seconds for 1 Ring). So increase the Ring No Answer timer as well on the phone.
