Extension Mobility

We hace CCM 5.1 with 7912 & 7970 phones. We have configured Extension Mobility . This extension mobility is being used to allow people to make International Calls.

Now the Problem is , as & when users login on the extension mobility, they are able to make the International Calls. However as & when they logout, they are able to make outgoing calls, but incoming calls are dropped.

This happens on the Phone and the DN numbers that have been assigned to an individual

Can anyone help

Are the extensions the same for login and log out? If so, they should (most likely) share the same partition.

When they log out, are they still able to make international calls?
